The 4 Girls' Ombudsman's Office is a complaints solution channel whose objective is to analyze cases that have already been answered by the Customer Service Department (SAC) and not satisfactorily resolved from the client's point of view.

Our commitment is to analyze situations with total impartiality and independence, defending the legitimate interests of our customers, and promoting improvements in our products and services, further tightening our relationship.

Our Ombudsman's Office is constituted according to the norms of the regulatory agencies and acts in compliance with the Consumer Protection Laws.

If you have already registered and did not agree with the answer given, send an email to ouvidoria@4meninas.com.br. The manifestations received will be analyzed together with the respective areas, and the final opinion of the Ombudsman will be sent to you.
